Cold Night Moon Winter cold New years old cold Familiar As broken bones Too tight shoes Hole in the sole Hole in the soul Where warm fuzziest Fell away Lost Pain too large to lose Carried as a cloak over one shoulder Concealing my off balance Black painted limping stick I think___ I feel___ NO thing Should have embraced the Tao Where nothing is worth the seeking and the pain of life just is___

nothing is worth seeking says the tao? thats a new thought for me. I'm always learning something new.
The pain of life is what makes the good days worth it.
All poets know that without pain we wouldn't know love or beauty, or the wonderful feelings that come with them. READ THE POETRY....without pain we would have no poetry...most of it is whining about pain. LOL

Great way with the words. Simple, but it says so much. |
