The spider was so itsy bitsy
On that water spout.
But its daddy was enormous,
And had a lot of clout.
But that itsy bitsy spider,
Well, he got washed away.
He floated into a gutter,
And hes gone from us all today.
But that old daddy spider,
Who was so big and fat,
When he walked underneath my shoe,
He made an awful splat!
Now, if you think theres nothing wrong,
With making dead a spider,
Old Muffet didnt kill that one,
That dropped and sat beside her.
Just because hes different.
Or just because hes scary.
Thats not the reason to kill anything,
Unless of course hes hairy!
