Looking back from where you stand Now you finally understand Of your fate You are the master Of your canvas You are the painter Color it bright with the upper hand Dedication is in demand
Opportunity will begin to knock You can make it through any roadblock Spread your wings on a cloud of hope And through the rainstorms you will cope Persistent are the hands of the clock Determination will be be your rock
Without a plan, your stride is aimless Youll journey through the roads of the faithless They slumber in their dreamless state And spread their envy from their hate Jaded is the heart of the hopeless And scorned are the thorns of the shameless
Rise above and stand up strong With God on your side, you cant go wrong Hesitation wont reach your goal Whats stopping you from taking control? Put it in motion and dont prolong Soon youll know where you belong
The ride to success will leave you breathless And youre just starting to scratch the surface Your sea of dreams grew into an ocean Take the plunge with all your conviction Experience the thrill of finding your purpose And touch the golden petals of promise
From your passions never be swayed Dont ever let your doubts invade Touch the core of your imagination Your potential will build you a mansion Dont regret the choices youve made What would YOU do if you werent afraid?

This reminds me of two Scriptures:
Phil 4:12, 13
I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Proverbs 4:5,6
Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
This was a wonderful expression of the stength of the Master. Great job. |
