The echo of my thoughts
Stirring in my mind
Wrapped around my head
With pieces of string and twine
My mind tied up in knots
With secrets and awful thoughts
Visions and views of nothing but you
Pull the string and the knot will undo
And change my perception
Into deception
And change my mind
To stop this rhyme
Over and over all the time
Killing my pain
And making me better
For all the years we had together
