after we kissed
under the moonlit sky

after every phone call
every day during that time
i told you i loved you
after i would stare into your gorgeous eyes
that night you held me close
i told you i loved you
just before you ended it
that dark stormy day
you never said i love you
never told me i was pretty
never said anything to me
why was i so upset when you were gone?

Oh this is such a bitter-sweet write..... Sometimes the people we love and the people we hate most are found all rolled up into one.... crazy isn't it? But I think you're better off without someone like him.... just my opinion.... he sounds like the kind of person who gets all the love, but never shares it, you know? Well, in any case, This was a great one to read. Very simple in form.
