Eyes as blank as an unlit sky
Words imperfect no matter how hard I try
To express and confess my every desire
Every inch and second
I struggle to find what words to say
A million cliche lines will never convey
Keep it simple, keep it straight
Let go of every word and leave it up to fate
Short, simple words without further delay
You make me feel okay
To most okay is nothing to devote
This cause labeled as unworthy to premote
But it goes without saying
I've been praying all my life
To just be "okay"
So this is all I have
This is the revalation I've been waiting for
For you have made me whole again
And I ask of you no more.
