THE BLOODY BIG TARANTULA SPIDER

Contributed by redwest802 on Tuesday, 13th January 2004 @ 08:25:46 AM in AEST
Topic: HumorPoetry

I walked out onto my veranda one day,
It was at a place Id gone to stay.
You wouldnt believe what blocked my way,
It was a bloody big Tarantula Spider.

This huge beast was a hairy thing,
With great legs that would help it spring.
Not to mention the deadly sting,
Of this bloody big Tarantula Spider.

Someone had once said to me,
If you where to put a jar over thee.
It would make a good pet you see,
This bloody big Tarantula Spider.

Now I find I am wise and strong,
And nature and I seem to get along.
But If you think its a pet your wrong,
Its a bloody big Tarantula Spider.

So I will just leave it to stay,
On my veranda and maybe just may.
I will find it will go away,
This bloody big Tarantula Spider.

Cause Im not cruel, that you will find,
The last thing that was on my mind.
Was to harm this spider, but I was blind,
To the bird that ate
The bloody big Tarantula Spider.

The end
