Life Goes On

Topic: goodbyepoetry

You have a girl, I have a guy
He's never once made me cry
I see your standards have significantly dropped
How can you think the girl you're with is hot
She's probably 200 pounds more than me
How can you be with her, how can that be
The only thing I'll do is sit back and laugh
Watching you cut your lives in half
Will you hurt her like you did me
Will you cause her pain that lasts for eternity
Will you crush her hopes & shatter her dreams
Cause her tears & make her scream
Will you tell her the things you know she wants to hear
Tell her she's everything, she's your only dear
Will you tell her you'll never cheat or make her cry
Will you fill the relationship with all these same lies
Will you tell her you'll marry her, making her your wife
But never really care & just live your own life
Will you make her feel bad & ***** with her mind
Hiding things from her that you don't want her to find
How can you be with her, how can you want that
Are you trying to get revenge because I won't come back
Don't blame me, the fault is yours
Your love for me was never pure
You didn't treat me right, you weren't fair
I'll always believe you never cared
Are you just desperate, so you settle for this
There were so many signs you seemed to miss
But life is a ***** & you won't get your way
Just know I'll still think of you throughout the day.

This is awesome! Men can be such pigs. Ugh. Oh well, karma will bite him on the ass when his time comes. :D

This was absolutely awesome. That's about how I feel. Only I'm no longer bothering with that silly dating thing. Very nice. I loved this.
