Remembering days long gone
searching for someone to lean on.
Something stirred inside
when we both tried.
Is it part of the plan?
Will we ever touch again?

Tossing, turning on our bed
Remembering love we shared.

Alone we stand

Now morning sun rises
to light our grey skys
Will these vibes get to you?
Been a sleep much too long
