I see afar as any man, any bird I see afresh for everyday, everyone I see more to understand, yet always confuse I see you in every light, forever dark I feel the breeze skim off the Ocean, salting in my eyes I know the air to be around, I see it in my dreams I hear the song of Birds aloft, they talk of coming winter I run to places that I know, yet fear not those I have not been I crave to be among the many, yet beg for solitude where and when I turn to watch the greens of summer, as mighty autumn gusts ahead I often think of paths I crossed, from which encumbered journeys grew
Yet every day, I am thankful. Chances graced with fate in hand
always grateful,
always grateful
Thankful till the very end.
