Easy does it
Just don't think about it
Push it away
Smile and continue on
The hours seem to pass
More slowly than the days
And each moment drags on
Till I feel like screaming
On a perfectly vertical wall
I struggle to climb to the top
To end my frustrations
To continue my life
But I have no control
Over the distance I cover
The end will come
Whether I try or not
The time that passes
Will remain constant
Though I beg for it to hasten
To relieve me of this pain
I can do nothing more
Than wait for this to pass
I simply won't think of anything
But of what I can't wait to feel
