___________________________ slip out of focus into a blur turning corners without looking leaving without a trace finding my divinity in a suitcase bus station transfer no deposit how far can I go without stopping looking past the rusted bloody scenery into the heart and soul of where I've been with you tagging along like a dog running too keep up now trying to appease my anger with your constant licking while I refuse to shed a single tear I'd cut my throat before I'll give in to self-pity and the damn winter never ends here with its cold eyes watching me waiting for me to fall through the ice eat me alive and spit back my bones on a nice summer afternoon when flatlanders are having a barbeque no, I won't satisfy you that way cautious of your cruel intentions I'll sell of my possessions and fly off to warmer climes for I'd be giving up next to nothing

This is rather dark, and I like it. Great flow.

I liked this. I like most of your poetry except the one about cheating. That one I didn't like. Anyways. This was a rather interesting write. It was dark as all hell. Nice. |
