silence fills the room...
it's so loud i can't hear,
my thoughts are overtaken
by the silence that
never ends
people talk
about nothing of importance,
it's all quiet silence
that fills the earth
with emptiness
words fill the air
that don't mean what they should,
are taken how they shouldn't
and never seem
to make any sound
people hear things
that were truely
never even said,
the silence that people speak
fills my ears
the quiet bounces
off the walls
of my brain
and doesn't slow down...
silence echoes quietly
