I am the lion that stands proud
Surveying the vast rolling African plains
I am the albatross that soars
Cruising over miles of great ocean
I am the black stallion
Too wild to be tamed
Or the hummingbird that sips from the cup of each flower
I am the sun that burns bright and full
In the heart of the summer sky
Or the snow that carpets the peaks of great mountains
I am the angel fish
Dancing through coral reefs bathed by the ebbing of tides
Or the wolf that creeps though the blackness of night
Silent, skillful hunter howling at the moon
I am the pine that stands tall in the forest
Strong arms reaching out to the light
I am the dust of a dry desert land
Blown forth on the breath of the storm
Or the butterfly floating on the lightest of breeze
Carried on soft silken wings
I am all of these things in my mind
I am free
