caught in your lies

Caught in between your lies, lost in these webs of deceit, covering truth with disguise, a thin line where truth and lies meet.
I know the truth hurts me inside, but i'd rather have that than the lies, lies tearing apart at my life, destroying me, making me cry.
I have to get out of this place, no love shared, only distaste, caught in between all your lies, losing me, dying inside.

Too many times have I experienced what this poem is talking about. This brings back too many harsh memories but it is a great poem indeed..Keep writing. |
