sharp corner, turns 90 degrees
unexpected at this late hour
took me off guard
and you asked me
to hold on forever
my hand is slipping
down we go together
the cost of time multiplies
the price we pay for this
and that and everything
we have no need of anything
but you don't believe me
can't see the magic
in stepping off the cliff
racing to the bottom
tumbling through space
don't be afraid I said
the clouds will catch us
wait and see
it always ends the same way....
this dream of falling
