Its quiet today,
Outside and inside of me.
Its a blue kind of a day,
Soothing, calming, healing -- not sad.
Blue, like a crisp, cloudless, Spring sky.
The sun shines without and within,
Bathing me in golden warmth.
Showering me with optimism.
Im centered and content,
Wanting nothing more than to stay,
In this vacuum of harmony.
Needing nothing but the sound of life, beating in my chest.
God holds me, as I sit here, writing this.
I can feel His love, surrounding and protecting me.
Loving me and guiding me. Healing me, forgiving me.
Life is good and the universe, somehow, is fair.
