Why?

Topic: LovePoetry

Why?

Why is it always dark when you're not around?
Why does the Sun seem to follow your every move?

Why do you hold me?
Don't you realize,
That I'm not worthy of your touch?

I breath deep,
The sweet smell of you on my pillow.

Your touch lingers on my skin,
Like the feeling of silk on sandpaper.

I close my eyes,
Only to be greeted by your smiling face.

Why?

Why are you still with me?
Am I really worthy of your love?
Or is there some reward for being with me?

No,
I am worthless.
Just another anomaly in this universe.
I am nothing more than dust in the wind.

Wish you were here,
To hold me tight,
Whisper sweet words of love in my ear,
As you tenderly kiss my neck.

I fall asleep,
Wondering,
Will you be beside me when I awake?
Will you still love me?

What I would give to have a boyfriend like you. She is really lucky to have you, and from this poem, you sound like you are worthy of all her love.

I just want to thank you and to tell you that she isn't the one who is lucky, I am. And also, There is a perfect guy for you, and he will come to you, the second you stop looking for him. So just enjoy life, the life that in the present and have fun!
