Thoughts came to mind as she reminisced
Of her first love and that first sweet kiss
Down the dale wood over by the stream
Finally in his arms this was her dream
Wrote him love letters and dreamed all day
Of his loving kisses not her school essay
His name was etched upon her heart
Engraved like a picture a state of art
He took over her mind a picture of his face
Longing for his touch and sweet embrace
She loved him those dreamy days so demure
Was enraptured enticed through his allure
Her heart was beating so fast at last
As they lay together on the velvet grass
Her stomach was turning over inside
Kisses so gently she could have cried
Her body was not her own nor mind
Shaking inside their hearts intertwined
She felt so faint her head was spinning
Is this how love feels in the beginning
She waited so long for him to kiss her lips
Swirling in darkness now a total eclipse
So hungry for love she needed him so
Feelings from such a long time ago
His gentle soft touch reduced her to tears
She had waited for his love for many years
The words I love you was what she wanted to hear
As they gently made love his words were sincere

This reminded me of my first kiss....from my first love.... I remember saying to myself.... Is THIS what all the fuss is about!!! But after the second one, wow!!! there was no holding back!!! lol
