Today's the day
That i get to have my say

Your always hurting me
Now i know i can never make you see

Its time for me to stop obsessing over you
There's nothing more for me to do

I finally realize all we can be is friends
Because the other girl always wins

This is the end for you and I
I'll even try not to cry

Its so hard for me to tell you this
Because i know i'll never get my wish

I wish you happy in your life
Even though the pain in me is cutting like a knife

I'm not trying to sound cynnical or mean
But the pain is cutting all through to my spleen

I'm glad you found someone to love
I swear to god above

This pain i cannot fake
Because its time to say goodbye to you Jake
