I hide in my security blanket of lies,
From you.
I may try to end my life,
Because of all the things Ive done.
Its hard to believe,
That now its me,
Im the monster that Ive been so scared of.
Im not just a little girl inside,
Look deep within my eyes
And a devil youll see inside.
Be aware of my troubles,
Because who knows what Im capable of.
I surprise myself each time.
I feed myself from your puddle of lies.
I see myself suffocating,
From the tortured soul I now call my own.
Your words linger in my ears,
As you make up the fairy-tale,
Called YOUR WORLD.
Your face is beautiful,
So unlike the inside.
So hide deep within you armor,
From reality and all youve done wrong.
No matter how hard you try,
Ill never forget the creature you are,
Behind those hollow eyes.
No matter what,
The blood wont come off your hands.
Why dont tell everyone what youve done
To another weak human being?
Just because you cant see me,
Doesnt mean Im not there.
Ill haunt you forever,
Till my soul is free.
