The sun has set for me

the way you look at me
it's like im torn apart from the inside out
i cant stand it anymore
your blond hair hangs over your eyes
as you cry with great anger
I promised that i would love you
until time and the univers' end
and i still do with all my heart
as i lay here-my eyes blank
staring into space and wishing
just wishing that i could help
but i cant and you dont get it
youll be alright without me and i know
youll get passed it all and find someone new
because im leaving and never coming back
say a prayer for me and remember
im where i belong now and
hopefully he will take care of me
for i love him too
where im going we will meet
one day when the sun sets for you
but now all eyes are on me
and its not your fault
if only you could help but you cant
because it's too late now
the sun is setting for me and soon
very soon
we will sit on the mountain top
and watch it set together
forever
just let go
