Easy For You

Contributed by lonelyheart on Tuesday, 3rd February 2004 @ 11:34:44 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

It seems easy for you to just let it all go,
It seems easy for you to just let the days flow.
I could see the future we should have shared,
It all could have happened if you only had cared.

You're in my dreams each and every night,
If only I could have made you see that light.
What could have been, What should have been,
These questions are on my mind,
One day I hope the answers you would find.

I just want to let go, I just want to be free
To be away from all this misery.
I want the pain, and tears to disappear
Yet I still long for those words to hear.

As days go on and nights still pass,
My heart feels shattered like broken glass.
I hope and pray one day you'll see,
Exactly how much you mean too me.

I wanted to make things better,
I wanted to make them right.
To have it all back, just like that first night.
The first time I saw you, I said this couldn't be true,
To have found someone, I could love like you.
