As he strectched his arm back
His hand fell back too
She reached for it playfully
He reached for her too
As they held hands
In the dark of the night
She looked at the stars
Holding his hand tight
It had to end shortly
Before they got caught
So they slowly let go
Because that was all that they got
Each day she remembers
That night in the car
Dreaming of more days
When she can look at the stars
