This Empty Page

Topic: dedicatedpoems

This new page,
It was pure,
Once,
And now I've messed it up,
Again,
Dirtied,
Soiled another page,
Again,
This once empty page,
And lifeless page,
Now screaming out at you,
Never to be heard,
Never to be seen,
Only tucked away,
This once pure page,
Dirtied by my sickened mind,
Tormented inside me head,
To only be cast aside,
By my own hand,
This once new page,
Is filling full of empty spaced,
Filled out on,
By a nullness,
Emptied out upon,
By a sickened health,
This once empty page,
Now ruined,
By my lack of thoughts for others,
My lack of love for others,
Lack of love,
Lacking love,
This once nulled space,
Now overcome by me,
And all of my thoughts,
So called impurities,
Of the head,
Of my head,
Screamed out upon,
By my,
Once filled head,
This once unstained page,
Now wrecked by a flood,
From my heart,
Tears of neverlastingness,
Every minute,
Gone in a second,
Or is this one two?
A life story,
Read out loud,
This page once innocent,
Now poisened,
By my dreams,
Lost by a touch,
A letter,
One word,
And the innocence is lost,
Of this once,
Empty page.

Your poem just screamed out at me and grabbed hold! I have had similiar thoughts but could have never worded it the way you have. Pain and rawness and it was deeply touching.
