I know its late
But what can I say?
I am just a man.
No track of time
No track of day-
It just slips through
My fingers each day.
I am sorry again-
I hope its not too late,
Just wanted to tell you
How much of a friend youve been.
We may be in different
Time zones and even countries
But youve been there
When I need to talk.
You listen to me,
You gave me good advice.
And all I wanted to say
Was
Thank you
