we are on a journey that goes beyond alzheimers
it is a journey of life one that bonds with so many
like mosaic tile artwork on bonds with those around
till all the tiles have bonded into a pictures of hope
our journey with alzherimers is more than death
this journey with death is also one with life you grow
with each step you learn to put things in their proper
place and uncloud your own mimd with non essentials you
finally learn to prioritize life necessities and values
our journey with alzheimers is more that death
your learn to be accepting of people and less judgmental
to be more tolerant most important you learn to forgive
yourself and othrs and you learn what real love means
not just a husband and wife but a mother and father
our journey with alzheimers is more that death
it is hard to imagine something good coming from something
as devastating and cruel as alzheimrs but it was spawned
by alzheimers people matured and the difference was apparent
it came from their pain and need for survival and necesity
our journed with alzheimers is more than death
