The phoenix rising Up from a pile of ashes Gracefully reborn
Reaching to the sky And starting out a new life Waiting for the sun
The phoenix crying A silouhetted shadow Flying towards the dawn
The phoenix burning Scorched feathers fall to the ground Flaming fantasy
Reaching to the moon Dying, bleeding, fade away Waiting to be free
The phoenix dying Down to a pile of ashes Now do you believe?

Hmmmm...I found this to be rather intriguing. I loved each line, and have always had an affinity for the Phoenix (hell, I live in Phoenix!). Great job, very enjoyable.
Truly,
