On Van Gogh's

A lonely citizen in a city of similiarity, she stands, her face inclined towards the sun.
Noting the resemblance, the clear cut violet horror, she stands, fearing the comparison.
Intentional or accidental, the semblance of shape is familiar to us... the withdrawl of the popular.
A sugarcoated revolutionary, she is without blemish; they fear her heroic stance and grow towards a flowery quarantine.
She feels the loss of friendly leaves, the suns full fire, beating a reproach. She changes, giving into isolation, flinching in adversity.
Albino, hybrid, mutant freak, she knowingly mutates her form, a vermilion convert, a lady no longer...
Now, a crimson whore.

I cannot match this Van Gogh title to a picture in my mind, but with your vivid, colourful and imaginative portrayal - I'm sure I'd recognise it now, were I to see it. Truly evocative. |
