My best friend Wanda passed away
Why did she had to died that day
She passed away on January 30, 2004
Her life everyone did adore
Her youngest daughter found her in her bed
Why couldn't it be someone else instead
She was my brother's longtime girlfriend
Why did her life suddenly had to end
They think she might have had a heart attack
I'm glad she did get her life on the right track
No one knows why she died that way
In our hearts she will always stay
I know it was her time to go
When God gets ready, no one knows.
