See My Face

Topic: LovePoetry

The nights so dark,
Where are my stars;
To guide me?
To walk along beside me?

Im all alone,
Where are those that I need;
Who never see me?
Who never need me?

And I will come to you,
The second that you know my name.
And I will run to you,
When you finally feel the same.
You dont know me,
But Im sure we were meant to be.
You dont know me;
You cant even see my face.

I know Im young,
But whos to say;
What I am to feel?
What is to be real?

Ive tried so hard,
To push you away;
But how can I?
I dont understand why

And I will come to you,
The second that you know my name.
And I will run to you,
When you finally feel the same.
You dont know me,
But Im sure we were meant to be.
You dont know me;
You cant even see my face.

You cant even see my face.

Ill find my way to you,
If its the last day that I see.
I just cant stay away from you,
Ive seen how were to be.

I looked into a mirror,
That shows us our deepest fear.
And what did I see?
A lonely me.

And I will come to you,
The second that you know my name.
And I will run to you,
When you finally feel the same.
You dont know me,
But Im sure we were meant to be.
You dont know me;
You cant even see my face.

You can have my heart,
You can have my soul;
Just as along as were not apart,
I can finally be whole.

Open up your eyes,
And find your way to here.
Cross the ocean quickly,
Cross the water quickly.

And I will come to you,
The second that you know my name.
And I will run to you,
When you finally feel the same.
You dont know me,
But Im sure we were meant to be.
You dont know me;
You cant even see my face.

The nights so dark,
Where are my stars;
To guide me?
To walk along beside me?

Very nice putting feelings of unresponded love to word. A good read, almost song like with the refrain
