The poets whim O silent bliss Sealed with love of the first kiss The first write from the poets heart Such sweet memories will not part
The poet struggles night and day To capture a piece of life gone astray As the word flows the earth takes a breath The poets word brings life or death
Hidden and solemn the meaning does lay Forged in the silence of the poets dear day What sweet bliss or darkness be found Whichever it is to the words it is bound
Line by line the poet wins your heart The sweet chanting will never part O sweet poet of writing grace You brilliant soul without a face
