Chaos

Contributed by morgana1 on Monday, 16th February 2004 @ 06:15:49 PM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

Crime in the street, gangsters making us
feel weak, outside pumping gas, then you
hear a blast.
People laid out on the street, toe tags
attached to there feet.
You turn the television on and you see
what is going on.
You feel queezy and sick inside, but your
so scared you dont want to go outside.
This is the world we live in today, we accept
people blowing up our Twin Towers, and
mailing packages with white powder.
We have to stand back and wait on a court
of law, so we can get justice for the ones
involved.
We as a people in this country need to
take a stand, we need to take our country
back into our own hands, but until we do just
kick back and the chaos will come to you.

Hey hey, you're making chaos sound like a bad thing. I hate when people assosiate "Chaos" with "Bad". Chaos is a force of the universe, alongside order. But people like murderers, rapists, riotes and other wrong-doers give the word a bad reputation. I share your distraught.
