Time Does Not Exist

1. The clock melts, In the fire of infinity, And each second, Ticks away nothing. While expresionless faces, March into insignifance, Ornatley arrayed in the purple regality, Of mendacious importance. 2. Time is the reality of fools, Dancing as idots worshiping flies, On the cratered face of the primordial moon, As the cosmos stares fixedly, Into the past, present, and future, Contemplating the essence, Of beginings and endings, With unmindful somberness. 3. Minutes, seconds, hours, weeks, and years, Bleed into the immenseness of eternity, A perpetual memorial to mankind, His crowning acheivement, The frail attempt at proving his actuality, While he cries,Carpe Diem! The universe smiles, For she knows mankind will pass as all life must, And time does not exist.
