I Need A Friend

I just want friends to call my own
I want some so I won't feel alone
I need a confidant that understands
One that can handle a true friendships demands
I want a companion to stand the test of time
One to love me even when I'm covered in grime
I have yet to find this perfect being
When I think I have they tend to keep fleeing
Someone send me a pal my way
Please, someone, I beg, I pray
Sometimes I think there should be a store
One to find comrades and more
You could just go in and browse around
Then find a sidekick to take downtown
You'd always pick the perfect match
So you'd never have to worry about an escape hatch
My luck has proven to be non-exsistent
My lack of friendships is my torment
Forever and Always I'd Eternally stay
If only a buddy could be sent my way
I suppose I'll keep looking and hoping to find
Even an acquaintance would be just fine

Awww this one made me cry Rochelle. You are so gifted and you write really well. Any time you need to chat you just send me a message and we'll chat up one side and down the other. You are amongst friends, please don't feel alone.
