As I lie, my dreams turn to dark fears
The stars seem to fall like bright tears
They ask you what is wrong and why
Is there something wrong with a good cry
My life long lies and flaws are what I hide
Me dreaming of sleeping with someone by my side
It is no ones fault, I close my eyes
The light is gone and my body dies
Breathing is shallow and my heart races
You can't be yourself, you follow everyones paces
Alone is what I am and always will be
No one will ever fall in love with me
My dreams are my world and what I live for
I am happy when the light is out and I close my door
I am depressed right now, as it seems
But I would be dead without my dreams...
