YOU called my name
I would not hear
the words you said
were so unclear
YOU touched my arm
I swished you away
for I did not want
to look your way
YOU saved my life
when i wanted to die
you forgave my sins
and every lie
YOU reached for me again
still i would not see
all the blessings you had
waiting for me
I called your name
and you were there
so many truths you were
waiting to share
