A Poet's Tears

**~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~**

Such pretty tears do poets cry,
Like crystal fragments shining bright,
They flow like diamonds from the eye,
And glisten in the faintest light,

Darkness of winter to sun of spring,
Enchanting you within your room,
Sweet flowing tears a poet brings,
Breathe in fragrance as it blooms,

Salty tears carry life's sorrow,
Filling rivers with hearts regret,
Salt that fills the seas that borrow,
The poets words caught in the net,

Let them fall and flow with grace,
And gather strength from tears set free,
A writer's heart and soul embrace,
When tears flow in their poetry.

"crystal fragments shining bright, flow like diamonds from the eye, and glisten in the faintest light,"..
yes poets.. they are real sapphires...even God fails value them..
"Salty tears carry life's sorrow, filling rivers with hearts regret, salt that fills the seas that borrow"
yes poets, as long as human life is full of sorrows the sea should remain salty for it shares the life of rivers..
Dear poets I enjoyed your excellent poetry..Venkat

Some of the most extrodinary poets come together to write something as heavenly as this. Sweet in its entirity (sp?) and absolutely masterful. I give it a HUNDRED STARS, a hundred times over! :)
