It hits me the hardest that you don't know
Someone somewhere is so desperate to show
That you can count on me till the end
But hell,whom am I kidding, I was never even your friend
I tried to walk with you for a few miles
And wished so desperately to be the erason for some of your smiles
But I failed over and over again
And not having you aroungd drives me insane
And then you went on to hit me real hard
I accepted defeat;laid down all my cards
I don't blame you,but through the harmless jokes you played on me
I got all the reasons I didn't have before ,to believe
And I hate to say it,but I think its not love I feel
But a wistfulness for having something that's not real
For you are but a far-fetched dream
And you fill my senses so much I wanna scream
Coz I don't want you to be a part of me
However beautiful; you are not the truth I see
Now all I have to do is get over this past
It was good but ended real fast
And uncertain now ,but there'll come a day
When I will look into your eyes without melting away

no! its not a mere poem, but tears of
broken heart that turned to pearls as they felt on paper. Its brilliant! Its truely painstaking that why the people like ' you ' , why the people like ' me ' and why the hell, there are people like ' they ' who hurt our feelings!
