Desolate on cupid's day
Restless in my discontent
You are my only lucidity
Nostalgic in time we've spent
Indulgence through my mind's eye
Repetitious reflect on our blessed time
Predestined moment when souls unite
Flesh on flesh heartbeats in rhyme
Avid to dance in your surrender
Never again to be reclusive in love
While in your embrace I implore
To dawn as the one you've dreamed of
Looming back to the moment impending
I present this encomium to you
For making me feel so beautiful
And for being to thine own self true
