One shouldnt become a snake of jealousy
Nor one should become a wolf of treachery
By divine wisdom one unites with universe!
By touch of passion man dies with emotion
By touch of Holy Spirit man gets salvation
Without love and peace man falls into abyss
Wisdom without spirituality breaks to pieces!
A wife without happiness may become a serpent
A husband without love may become a murderer
Divine Mother grants both love and happiness!
* * * * *
Three hundred lores will make a man prosperous
Knowledge of Brahman shows a path to salvation
Lovely beatitude calls you in the path of salvation!
Close your eyes and fix up your mind between the
Eye brows to see the lustrous Mountain of Kailas
And to see the Lord of light Siva inside your eyes
While He dances with Mother of universe in Kailas!
The Lord of light is all pervading in the entire nature
There fore it is a right thing to salute Mother Nature!
When you sit for meditation by closing your eyes the
Mind rouses passionately and allures you with emotions
That one who can bind his mind with firm determination
Becomes a sage and sees the supreme Lord of universe!!

My sage friend. Evil can only overtake you if you are weak in spirit and allow it to be so. Through prayer and meditation we can achieve the wisdom and strength needed to resist the temptations of the evils of life from a higher power? Excellent piece of expression.

Hi venkat,
your expression that their may be more than one God.
i find hard to believe because the bible say their is only one GOD.
and i believe in what its says everything is created my this all powerfull god through
his son our lord and saverior Jesus Christ.VERY GOOD WRITE. |

There fore it is a right thing to salute Mother Nature!
Venkat, your words hit me like they always do, deeply, slowly and with this I see truth. I am glad to see that Rita has taken my stance as saying there is a sage in our midst, I hope you took me seriously. Please more Venkat, I suppose it would be too much to ask that our world leaders would read this piece, if they were to we would be fortunate.
(do you meditate upon these pieces before you write them?) might sound like a dumb question, but I am interested.

this verse reminds me of a bible scripture, course I can't quote it right off the top of my head.
U remind me so much of the bible scholars.

I read your poem three times. It is quite impressive. I am addicted to the way you write. You express every word so magnificiently it is the closest thing to heaven I have found. From the title to the ending this is poetry at its finest.

The ever blossoming passion of the soul which enlightens ALL to true salvation, not just only one method of belief. May we all blossom as we were intended...as true spirits searching for a way home. Meditation is an enjoyable passion which the soul finds comfort in. I only wish all "MAN" knew of this path, ~man/woman~ so as not be sooooo mislead by temptation. Again this is an excellent portrayal of the journey!!!

Your wisdom just amazes me! You must be one of the most peaceful and contented people on earth!! Why is it, when I read your poetry, I see Gandhi in my third eye? :o) Another piece to make me think. As always, Kudos venkat! Write on!
