Kneeling
Hands reaching
Grasping for compassion
The one thing
The other can give not
It angers both
In longing for warmth
And openly requesting
A cold
Strong pair of hands
Is placed to harm
For the fear
Of not pleasing
As well as
Losing control
And being hurt
Both in fear
And anger
Are alike
