These words, they stumble, they slip
From my lips they drip
Harsh and raspy, barely heard
Nothing here are we assured
Please dont leave and walk away
Please dont pause, please dont stay
Sweet candy poison for which I long
You shouldnt be so wrong
Blinded by complete trust
I didnt see your growing lust
Hold me and tell me it will be okay
You hurt me so please stay away
Goodbye is how it must be
Or, from this sin youll never be free
