Blurred Innocence

Contributed by blueheart on Tuesday, 2nd March 2004 @ 07:37:32 AM in AEST
Topic: InspirationalPoems

Grimacing through this emotional storm,
The gust of sorrow blinding my eyes,
Droplets of heartbreak raining down on me,
I'm barely coping with the turbulance of lies,
These tears are scalding like the heated sun rays,
And the chilling lonliness freezing the core of my soul,
Yet in the midst of calamity I see your blurred innocence,
And it flows upon me like a peaceful breeze,
Its glorious scent evoking a sense of serenity,
Thus completing my life with new found peace.
