All the times we go through our daily grind
Forgetting the reason we're here
and leaving GOD behind
Put GOD first you can read that in the BIBLE
I would hate to put him last
Because i the end I'd be liable
He gave me and you everything thats around
All he asked, is in our hearts
to be found
You might ask yourself
"Just how do I put him first"
A good way to start is
on sundays go to church
A good habit is just as easy to start as a bad
I can guarantee you that if you put GOD first
You'll have tha best time you've ever had
I'm not preaching to you
Cuz, I'm not saint
But, thanks to his mercy
A hellbound sinner I ain't
I try to always keep mindful of his grace
and treat this life as if
I'm running a race
A race where there is
a prize for me at the end
So, I'm gonna always keep
looking towards him
