hide the cuts and let them bleed.
the world unfolds as you can see.
the shrinking space,
the swirling maze.
the twisting walls,
the saddest gaze.
the hate that burns,
the tears that sting.
the pain within is starting to win.
fight the fight,
run the mile.
you cant beat them,
without a smile.
head up,
sholders back,
keep going forward,
dont ever look back.
dont trust these lies,
dont speak to the traitors.
pass them by,
without a word.
youre stepping high,
alone again.
the world is gone,
as are your friends.
march alone,
but march so proud.
youre still alive,
youre still around.
youll make it through,
no matter what words come your way.
youll live to see another day.
