I hurt myself again.
It happens every time
I reach for you.
Such a fool sometimes.
Never know why I bother.
Never know why I try.
Would have given
my whole life
just to live in
your arms.
It's all over now
you sent all the
love I had
straight to hell.
I wish that you
could have loved me.
But it seems that
you couldn't stand
to be with me
you couldn't stand
to be near me.
I want to die.
You tore my life from me.
And I've tried so hard
to tell myself that you're gone.
Yet, you say
you wheren't good enough
for me.
I die inside
a little more
each day.

I hope this didn't really happen to you.....
Woman can either make you or break you, Cobalt......it's all up to you! (By that I mean, whatever you want to happen with this...break your heart....or consider the source?

As soon as I read this I felt a kinship towards it. Like my heart was screaming that it could have written this. Its that wound that never closes and a reminder daily. The title was perfect. Your poem touched me and on this one I could relate.
