destroyed

Topic: AngryPoetry

i contain dynamite
my outside is the fuse
and I found out that night
that I was used

to know the feeling
the bitterness of betrayal
by the one you cared about
one who couldn't fail

you've lit the fuse
my world about to set fire
eploding every angry emotion
all because you were a liar

i've never felt destroyed
nowhere near like this
why did you have to do it
everything's gone amiss

why couldn't you say the truth
don't you believe in honesty
after what we've been through
what we've done you and me

you tore my whole world apart
crushed it in fragments
used a small but deadly dart
now everything seems bent

I wish I could kill you
tear you apart
scream at what you've put me through
and burn you're ***** heart

***** you I swear
all I can ask is why
I'll probably hear sorry
but all I'll say is goodbye

I've seen loved ones go through betrayal, and it tore them apart. They kept it inside themselves though, and let it boil up until they couldn't hold it in any longer, then they took their anger and hurt out on the person who hurt them.

Let your anger out, well... not on a person... but do let your anger out. And don't be sorry for the swearing. Everyone needs a chance to let rip when they are hurting.

A good poem, filled with so much emotion.
