His name is Jesus

Contributed by uchendu on Thursday, 4th March 2004 @ 01:27:45 PM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

Upon earth amongst all men return peace
today as glory come upon heaven and earth
for us is born this spirit of divine wealth
whose name is Jesus

CHORUS
His name is Jesus
a cradle upon which mankind lives
and upon whom a true faithful believes
because He is the child born holy

With none shall He be compared with
who is the only child born holy
one who cleansed the earth wholly
one whose name is Jesus

CHORUS
His name is Jesus
born a shepherd o! king of kings
glorious cloud the heights He clings
for He is born of the voice of the spirit

Purity of heart all what he brings
with turttledoves pair or pigeons sacrifice
cause from virgin womb came this Chalice
whose miraculous name is Jesus

CHORUS
His name is Jesus
God's word sent before our face
whose walks and talks all embrace
unto whom this day is born

Very good. Yes, He was a child, but He was also God: " In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, --- and the Word WAS God. Every thing was made by Him,etc. (John 1:1) Christ (Diety) speaking: "Peace, be still" ( and the waves go flat) Christ (Diety letting His humanity speak): " who touched me?" (Diety): "cast your net on the other side of the ship" or, " catch the fish, take the coin from his mouth, pay the tax" (humanity): "Father, if thou will, let this cup pass from me, etc." Then consider: " Let US make man in OUR image." (Moses):"whom shall I say sent me?" (God):" Tell them "I AM" sent you." Christ: "Before Abraham was, I AM"
I wanted to show you some proofs from scripture of the Diety of Christ, - of which there are multitudes. If you will give me your mailing address, I will send you much good material. God Bless Lionel
