As I peer into the horizons, Silence pierce into my eardrum, While the wind blows against my face, With its jewel of gentleness.
So, the wind found its place to linger; here, Awaking buried visions from slumber, As the bittersweet journeys come to light, Becoming sensual though out of sight.
Then, a familiar tune makes its return, Returning in a crescendo, Beckoning those times of harmony, Beckoning those times of dissonance.
Alas, reality just negates, Redemption of those priceless jewels, That were the bricks of my existence, That merge into my spirit and soul.
But somehow, I know that all these, Will never fade through the course of time, Because it is kept for eternity, Within the wind...

For some, the wind sings a hymn.
For others, it moans a sad dirge.
Yet for others, it shrieks in a ghostly cry.
Great write, Ronald. Hope to see more soon. |
